Receiving/Inventory Material Handler Warehouse

The Inventory Material Handler will be responsible for incoming deliveries of raw material for Wagoner manufacturing company. Inventory/Material Handling Functions include:

• Operating forklift to unload deliveries.
• Verify delivery components match the Packing Slip
• Stage delivered components in their designated location
• Cycle count components weekly and reconcile with receiving once a week

Receiving Functions include:

• Matching the PO number on the packing slip to the correct PO in our system and accurately receive the correct item numbers and quantiles per the packing slip.
• Coordinate product returns with Purchasing and assume the responsibility of processing the return shipments and/or receiving replacements

Competencies:

• Communication Proficiency – both written and verbal

• Flexibility
• Experience with MS Outlook and Excel
• Keen organization skills and detail oriented.

Qualifications:

• Previous Inventory Control experience
• Able to read and perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• HS Diploma or GED

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work: This is a temp-to-perm position with hours typically being Monday – Friday 7am-5:30pm with some Saturdays as needed. Pay is based on 2nd interview
