Receiving/Inventory Material Handler WarehouseWagoner, Oklahoma Contract To Hire Sep 17, 2026The Inventory Material Handler will be responsible for incoming deliveries of raw material for Wagoner manufacturing company. Inventory/Material Handling Functions include:Operating forklift to unload deliveries.Verify delivery components match the Packing SlipStage delivered components in their designated locationCycle count components weekly and reconcile with receiving once a weekReceiving Functions include:Matching the PO number on the packing slip to the correct PO in our system and accurately receive the correct item numbers and quantiles per the packing slip.Coordinate product returns with Purchasing and assume the responsibility of processing the return shipments and/or receiving replacementsCompetencies:Communication Proficiency – both written and verbalProblem SolvingFlexibilityExperience with MS Outlook and ExcelKeen organization skills and detail oriented.Qualifications:Previous Inventory Control experienceAble to read and perform basic mathematical calculationsAbility to work in fast paced environmentHS Diploma or GEDPosition Type / Expected Hours of Work: This is a temp-to-perm position with hours typically being Monday – Friday 7am-5:30pm with some Saturdays as needed. Pay is based on 2nd interview
