Job Description Prepares, cleans, and applies dry powder coating to metal parts, curing them in ovens to create a durable, finished surface. Responsibilities include operating electrostatic spray equipment, maintaining booth cleanliness, inspecting for quality adhesion and coverage, and ensuring safety protocols. This physically demanding role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
