Description:

Responsibilities Lead vibration analysis activities including data collection, route development, spectrum interpretation, and reportingAnalyze equipment failures and perform root cause failure analysis on rotating equipment such as motors, pumps, gearboxes, and fansDevelop and support predictive maintenance programs including vibration monitoring, thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysisMonitor equipment performance and maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesWork closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to prioritize corrective actions based on reliability dataSupport asset criticality assessments and reliability centered maintenance strategiesDrive reliability improvement projects to extend equipment life and eliminate chronic failuresSupport the maintenance and optimization of condition monitoring tools and systemsMaintain accurate documentation and reporting related to equipment performance and maintenance activitiesEnsure compliance with plant safety standards and company policiesParticipate in cross functional teams to support plant reliability and continuous improvement initiativesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred5 or more years of experience in reliability engineering, vibration analysis, or maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environmentStrong experience with vibration analysis and rotating equipment diagnosticsVibration Analysis Certification (ISO Category III or similar) preferredKnowledge of predictive maintenance technologies including vibration monitoring, ultrasound, thermography, and oil analysisExperience working with CMMS systems such as SAP or similar platformsStrong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills in a cross functional manufacturing environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
