Harps Food Stores - - Responsibilities: Supervise grocery store operations including department readiness, supervision, marketing plan execution, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools; Manage front-end operations by following the daily schedule, monitoring the flow of customers, opening registers as applicable, managing breaks and lunches, supplies and closing procedures; Monitor store safety programs and training requirements, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures; Coach/mentor staff, facilitate conflict resolution, and provide direction with clearly defined priorities; Build relationships and deliver customer service excellence aligned with Harps' mission
