Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Corp - - Responsibilities: Address and manage customer needs and concerns, notify management and ownership as needed; Managing all aspects of financial administration, billing, invoicing, reconciling accounts, tax reports and petty cash; Record keeping of all fixed assets and regular reporting to management and ownership; Review and make sure all timesheets and timecards are processed or forwarded to payroll service for payroll and payroll taxes to be completed accurately and timely; Weekly collection of accounts receivable and reporting to management
