CRH - - Responsibilities: Champion a safe work environment by rigorously following all safety policies, procedures, and protocolsyour safety and that of your team is our top priority.; Follow all companies, OSHA, and MSHA regulations for safe and compliant job execution, and promptly report any issues to leadership or safety personnel.; Support the construction and paving crews with hands-on tasks such as shoveling, raking, operating a wheelbarrow, and directing trucks for safe and precise operations.; Communicate with equipment operators to ensure seamless movement and alignment of materials using hand signals and tools.; Install, relocate, and remove traffic control devices such as signs, barricades, and cones to keep work zones safe.
