Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Unarmed Security Officer role in Muskogee, OK. Responsibilities include monitoring and patrolling designated areas to ensure safety and security, identifying and addressing potential threats, enforcing site policies and procedures, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties may involve reporting security incidents, maintaining thorough documentation, and assisting with emergency situations as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to monitor and identify potential threats and handle security incidents effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for interacting with clients and the public.
• Familiarity with policies, procedures, and safety protocols related to security operations.
• Proficiency in basic report writing and documentation.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and maintain situational awareness.
• Ability to stand or patrol for extended periods and respond quickly to emergencies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is a plus.
• Current unarmed security guard license in compliance with state regulations or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
