Location: Castooa, OK

Pay: $22–$30/hour

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or industrial plant environment is required.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday; Rotating shifts

ProRecruiters is seeking a Chemical Process Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Operate chemical processing equipment, including reactors, pumps, filters, tanks, and PLC systems.
2. Monitor chemical reactions and record process conditions and material changes.
3. Adjust equipment controls to maintain product quality, safety, and yield targets.
4. Collect product samples and perform quality control testing.
5. Load and unload raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
6. Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
7. Respond to process deviations and assist with emergency shutdowns as directed.
8. Support the development and improvement of standard operating procedures.

Position Requirements:

1. Valid driver's license and forklift operation ability
2. Strong ability to read gauges, instruments, and written procedures
3. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety
4. Able to work independently and collaborate with technical teams
5. Flexible to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed
