We are looking for a dedicated and patient-centered Associate Dentist to become a key member of our expanding team. This position offers exceptional flexibility, allowing you to work either full-time or part-time, and the option to practice in either Waldron, Fort Smith, or both!

• $750 daily guarantee or 33% of collections (whichever is greater)

About the Role:

• Deliver general dentistry services to a loyal and consistent patient base

Ideal Candidate:

• DDS or DMD with an active Arkansas license
• Preferred experience, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
