Job Details

Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient (direct/indirect) through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and guides patient teaching, and activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing.

Education Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience

One year of Psych Experience Preferred

Successful completion of Group Training Module within 2 years of hire

Successful completion of Physical Assessment Module within 1 year of hire

Successful completion of Geriatric Depression Screening Module within 6 months of hire

Certification and Licensure

PA Registered Nurse License

BLS Required

ACLS Required

CPI Required within 1 year of hire.

Certification in psychiatric nursing preferred
