What You'll Do

• Collaborate with leaders to develop a vision and roadmap for your assigned part of the corporate strategy by leveraging a holistic view of our organization, data-driven insights, and industry knowledge
• Lead strategic alignment and technical delivery of company-wide programs and projects in support of Twitter's customers
• Partner with program stakeholders and lead execution from requirements to delivery
• Increase overall effectiveness by systematically identifying and solving root cause organizational and technological challenges discovered throughout program delivery
• Partner internally and cross-functionally to ensure teams meet their schedule targets by implementing industry-standard methodologies in team management and roadmap delivery, creating novel solutions where appropriate.
• Partner with Technical Leads, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers to deliver solutions that meet technical and business requirements.

• Experienced partner with a track record of partnering with engineering or business to define strategy and requirements
• Proficient collaborating with engineering teams to design, scope, and deliver high scale services within distributed systems
• A consistently trusted leader, able to lead teams and executives through complex data-driven decisions
• Excel amid ambiguity, able to influence peers/managers toward a shared vision and forward progress
• Multitasker, with the capacity to execute several programs simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years as a TPM, engineering leader, product manager, or related field
• Experience working with several different development methodologies and productivity tools
• Consistent track record of shipping products with high customer impact
• Proven ability to identify and resolve systemic issues in both software and people systems
• Extra consideration is given to those holding PfMP, PgMP, PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, and Scrum certifications.
