This new Account Executive (AE) role in our Automotive Retail and Mobility vertical will focus on seamless transition of accounts from the Auto Business Development team. The AE will take over accounts once the initial sale is closed, working closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to get clients up and running. Once established, this AE will be responsible for "farming" these accounts to drive expansion and long-term growth. Additionally, this role will involve proactive outbound calling to mid-sized prospects and partnerships to secure deals.
AEs are responsible and accountable for the relationship health and growth in their targeted accounts. Strong, positive, and active relationships at and below the senior-most level at the operational and management levels are crucial for success.
