Summary:
Responsible for ongoing and preventive facility maintenance including: HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, equipment, construction and renovation work. Oversee the cleaning and upkeep of the exterior and interior areas; manage, direct and develop staff and prepare and conduct performance reviews; develop maintenance schedules and processes for all areas and must present a positive image in the casino and the community.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensures that a professional, clean and safe working environment is maintained throughout the casino building and grounds; inspects all areas of facility frequently to identify deficiencies and make repairs.
2. Operates and maintains major building systems including HVAC, lighting, electrical, and plumbing.
3. Assist in developing operating plans and budgets; manages costs for maintenance projects, construction and related facility projects.
4. Manages relationships with outside contractors to ensure timely and safe completion of all construction and maintenance projects.
5. Maintains building's structure including walls, floors, carpeting, ceilings, doors, office partitions, etc.; assist in office moves and relocations.
6. Operates within the safety rules and codes set by the company and has extensive knowledge of OSHA standards and hazardous materials regulations.
7. Support casino promotional events, including set-up and tear down requests; provides pre-event and post-event clean-up.
8. Supervises the purchases of departmental supplies, ensures that tools and equipment are available and in good working order for work to be completed.
9. Supervises the hiring and training of all departmental employees, conducts performance reviews, sets development plans, and handles direction and discipline of direct reports.
10. Assures prompt, courteous service to all customers, internal and external.
11. Provides leadership and develops a high performing Facilities team.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Building Management or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE
3 years of progressively responsible management experience in facilities management;
Class II or III Casino experience preferred.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
MCN OPG Gaming License is required.
Key positions must have application and knowledge of Title 31 reporting requirements.
Valid Oklahoma Driver's License.
Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license as required.
