You will report to the Food & Beverage Shift Manager.Primary Tasks:* You will serve food and drink items and ensure correct temperature.* Answer questions posed by patrons including basic ingredients in food to help identify any possible allergy issues should a guest ask.* Help bus tables to ensure the table is available for the next guest.* Communicate with wait staff, managers, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to improve communication and coordination so that patrons may be impressed by their dining experience.* Promote current casino events and programs and can give guests directions to all casino areas.* Perform regular closing tasks, including side work, set up, maintaining station cleanliness and end of shift tasks.* Perform other tasks as may be assigned.Job Requirements:* ABLE Certification* Can handle cash responsibly.* Calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory.* Can speak, read, and write English.* Teamwork skills are required to support the success and enjoyment of the guest.* Previous Server or Wait staff Experience.
