Machine Shop Helper

About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable Machine Shop Helper to support daily operations in our machine shop. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and interested in learning about machining and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting machinists with basic shop tasks
• Cleaning and organizing work areas
• Loading/unloading materials and parts
• Deburring, washing, and inspecting parts
• Maintaining tools and shop equipment
• Following all safety rules and procedures

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks
• Attention to detail and safety awareness
• Prior shop or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
