Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Pay Range: $21–$23 per hour
Job Description
Join our dynamic team working on an exciting new switchboard project. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in mechanically assembling and wiring units, contributing to essential projects that power airports, hospitals, and schools. This position offers a fast-paced and hands-on work environment where your skills will be put to the test.
Responsibilities
Assemble and wire units using schematic diagrams and work instructions.
Handle approximately 25 wires per unit with accuracy and efficiency.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialty equipment to complete tasks.
Collaborate with a team of assemblers to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
Adapt to daily work assignments based on production needs.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics.
Minimum of 3 years of mechanical assembly experience.
1–2 years of electrical assembly and wiring experience preferred.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialty tools provided.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with electronic assembly and wiring diagrams.
Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10-hour shifts with scheduled breaks).
Strong team-player attitude and good interpersonal skills.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
