As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional at Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned manufacturing and industrial locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure atmosphere. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible throughout the site, and deliver exceptional customer service while communicating clearly with staff and visitors. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by location, depending on operational needs.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Complete required reports and logs as instructed by Allied Universal and site management.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors as needed while on patrol.
• Remain alert to potential security-related hazards and escalate concerns through the appropriate channels.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
