Location: 1400 CD-Community Permitting. Pay Grade: A 01 FLSA Status: Non-exempt. Under general supervision, performs customer service duties in support of the Community Development Department and City Hall. Essential Job Functions - Answers City Halls main phone lines; responds to questions and inquires, provides information, takes messages, forwards calls to appropriate personnel. - Greets visitors to City Hall; provides direction and information, directs visitors to the appropriate personnel. - Assists other divisions and departments with various tasks as needed; prepares mail-outs, assists with file maintenance, digitizes information, etc. - Performs other duties as assigned.
