Job Details

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for taking customer orders for aggregates and asphalt in a detailed, timely and professional manner, and recording accurate billing, delivery and product information on that order. This position requires the employee to perform a wide variety of Customer Service functions including, but not limited to, the following: Take and Process Customer Orders for aggregates and asphalt Ensure accurate addresses and delivery instructions are on the order Ensure accurate contact data including name and phone number of the person placing the order is recorded Enter orders into ticketing system for billing and delivery Prepare quotes and coordinate pricing with Sales Department Communicate customer needs with point of sale locations Coordinate with the Sales, Production and Quality Control departments to ensure the proper products are sold to meet the customer needs and specifications Ensure proper account and billing information is used when e...Customer Service, Dispatch, Sales Representative, Service, Manufacturing, Retail, Customer
