Oversee and coordinate facility building/grounds construction, break/fix, and equipment replacement activities associated with Construction Management and other Infrastructure work groups within the entire OG&E Energy Corporation service area. Coordinate with in-house crews, outside contractors, and vendors to monitor and maintain quality workmanship, ensuring work is completed within the established scope, budget and schedule. LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY - General responsibilities with standardized processes. Works under limited supervision. Resolves routine questions and problems. Refers the more complex issues to higher levels. Follows established procedures to accomplish requirements of job. Some latitude for deviation.
