Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Mold Setter (plastics) to handle injection molding tasks while maintaining the highest standards in process execution and control documentation. Job Title: Plastics Mold SetterWork Shift: 2nd ShiftLocation: Broken Arrow, OKJob Type: Full Time / Direct Hire Responsibilities:Mold set-ups and production start-upsMonitoring, correction and documentation of process deviationsMaterial handling and change-oversOperation and maintenance of all injection molding and support equipmentAdherence to all equipment safety procedures, using Lock-Out / Tag Out procedures as necessarySupport and training of operators on production equipment operation, and equipment and work area safetyWork area cleanliness and orderOther duties as necessary or requiredRequirementsMold Setting - 2 to 3 years experienceTechnical Skills & Knowledge - Injection molding machine start-up, processing, and mold changes; overhead crane operation and safety; operator station and fixture change-overs; maintenance of primary, auxiliary, and secondary equipment; ability to read and comprehend work instructions, maintenance logs, maintenance manuals, and other operational literatureTools/Equipment - Basic knowledge of tools and equipmentSoft Skills - Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skillsBenefitsA comprehensive benefits package will be discussed during the interview process.
