About the Role - The Restaurant General Manager at Cotton Patch Cafe is responsible for leading a team that makes and serves scratch-made Texas favorites while providing our Guest with an exceptional experience.

• Exceptional restaurant management skills driving positive metrics of the daily operations.
• Preference of 2+ years General Management experience
• Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age with eligible to work in the United States

Pay range and compensation package - Base range of $70,000 to $90,000 annual. 10 days of PTO, Monthly bonuses, Phone reimbursement, Health, Vision, Dental & Life insurance, Short/Long-Term Disability insurance, 401K program, Comprehensive Training program, Monthly recognition budget
