Job Summary:
Collects and updates demographic data for clients requesting Cherokee Nation Photo ID's. Photographs clients and captures signatures required to produce a Photo ID. Verifies information in Registration database for accuracy and completeness. Scans ancestry (CDIB-Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood) information and attaches to client's record in the Registration database. Builds graphical ancestry chart in the Registration database based on the client's CDIB.
Job Duties:Ensures data is entered accurately and completely and verifies all data necessary to produce a photo ID is present. If data is missing or questionable, locates necessary backup documents such as CDIB 8x10's or Citizenship folders to verify and update in accordance with established procedures. Captures photos and signatures and prints Cherokee Nation photo ID's. Validates information printed on card is accurate and complete. Ensures the quality of the printed photo ID complies with department standards. Scans CDIB and attaches scanned document to clients record in the Registration database. Builds a graphical representation (family tree) of the client's ancestry based on their CDIB in the Registration database. Must be able to travel throughout the 14 county jurisdictional areas as part of the Photo ID team delivering photo ID's to Cherokee citizens onsite at Community Services events. Must be able to travel to out-of-state At-Large Community events as part of the photo ID team delivering photo ID's to Cherokee citizens onsite. Assists in loading, unloading, set up, and teardown of photo ID equipment at Community and At-Large events. Files records in accordance with established procedures and filing systems. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and less than one year of specialized training or education.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
At least two (2) years' experience in a related field.
COMPUTER SKILLS
An individual should have knowledge of Database software, Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Airline travel is required. A+ Certification is desired. Ability to type 35 words per minute may be required and if so, must be verified by successfully completing a typing test. Must have the ability to operate standard office machines. Must have the ability to deal professionally and pleasantly with the public.

Employee must not and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIGs Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSAs List of Excluded Providers, or listed on the OIGs List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
