A family-owned group of telecom, broadband, wireless, and data center companies is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience to service and maintain the facilities for all locations within the group of companies..
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Installation, Maintenance and Repair of buildings' plumbing, electrical and heat & air systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses.
Maintain and Repair DC Power Plant for all facilities
Performs monthly generator maintenance.
Performs ground field testing on central offices and new equipment installations
Establishes power to new equipment.
Replaces indoor/outdoor lighting and locks on buildings.

Mechanical Contractors License
Current Driver's License
